Refunds and Cancellations

At Amar Granth, we strive to provide high-quality books that celebrate Indian culture, history, and heritage. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• To request a cancellation, please email us at contact@amarshivmedia.com with your order details.

 

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of books, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

• After review, we will offer either:

  • A replacement of the same book at no extra cost.

  • A refund (processed within 5-7 business days) if a replacement is not available.

 

Non-Refundable Items

• Digital products (e-books, PDFs, or any downloadable content)

• Books that have been used or are not in their original condition

• Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer
